AFTER AMENDMENT IN SAC 372 OF THE CPC WHETHER THE COMPLAIONENT IN NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT CASE CAN BE TREATED TO BE A WICTIM AND THERE BY HE IS ENTITLE TO FILE AQUITAL APPEAL BEFORE THE DISTRICT COURT
IF YES THEN PLEASE GIVE ME SOME CITATION TO BE PRODUCED BEFORE HON'BLE DISTRICT COURT TO CONVINCE ON THIS POINT.
