Sir I am Ramesh. In the Police station the complainant have lodged a complainant against my clients on the six members. A1 is the government employee, A2 & A3 are the parents of the A1. A4 is the younger brother of the A1. A5 & A6 are the elder sister sons of the A1. sir I have taken anticipatory bail for A1. A2&A3 are arrested by the police and remanded and released on bail. Now problem is sir, A4 to A6 are the students and perusing Degree. At the time of the offence as alleged on the complaint, the A4 to A6 are studying in different towns and they have attended the classes, eventhough the complainant falsely mentioned in the complainant with the collusion of the police. I several times stated before police as alibi of the A4 to A6 with documentary evidence. But the police personals with the collusion of the complainant harassed the A4 to A6 to remand. they are not in mood to delete the names of the A4 to A6. What shall I do now? Can I stop the remand in the court with the documentary evidence of alibi ? Please suggest me sir.

These are evidence which can be used as defence evidence during the trial.
