Stop salary & pension !

Dear Experts,

Due to which reasons a salary and family pension can be kept in hold, The employee working in a state govt of AP and the family pension receiving by a mentally retarded child.

if with out valid reasons salary / pension kept in hold what action we can take against the concerned officers and can we file the alimony for physically and mentally torturing us.

Does this question relate to two different cases or a single case, as salary is paid to an employee while family pension to the heir of a deceased employee?

Sir,

Its of two different cases, the deceased son got the job and the deceased daughter who is PH receiving the family pension.

Both cases are different. The dughter is eligible (if unmarried andincapable to earn) and the son who got compassionate job also has a liability to maintain her.

You have to state the reason on which the pension of the PH child and the salary of the employed son have been withheld and what is the relation between the two different cases?

However, it is for your information, you cannot claim any alimony/compensation on such ground. Only the salary and pension can be got released on justifying the claims, if no act of manipulation or fraud in getting family pension or compassionate appointment is involved. it is the duty of the authorities to ensure themselves that no fraudulent payments made.
