Dear Sir/ Madam,
My father was died without making any will.
He is owner of DDA flats in South Delhi.
He purchased DDA flats and the same is on lease from DDA.
I would be glad if anyone guides me on the following points :
1.What is the procedure to change the ownership in the name of my mother.
In our family we are three member my mother, myself and my sister.
2.We have to make Relinquishment Deed or not? If Yes, where we have to submit the same.
3.Whether Stamp duty is payable on submitting the Relinquishment deed. If Yes how much Stamp duty I have to pay and to do the same process I have to take help from whom? How much fee I have to pay the Consultant?
4.How to convert the lease in Freehold and what is the procedure?
Request you to please guide me.
What are step I have to taken to complete the same.

MAKE AN APPLICATION TO DDA . submit death certifcate proof . noc from other legal heirs for transfer of flat in name of mother . indemnity bond if required . affidavit would be necessary that these are the legal heirs of father
if DDA insists then execute deed of relinquishment . stamp duty would depnd yupon delhi stamp act
