Two diff. wills ...

(Querist) 26 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
A person made his first will for the Property - A in the month of January.
He again made his second Will for Property - B in the month of February.
After his death will both the wills be legitimate or should he have done one will for both the properties.
Is there some time period after the death of the executor of the will in which the Legal Heir can take the will to the court of law .

Thanks ...

If both the Wills are validly executed then the later Will would hold ground else only the valid Will irrespective of time of execution.
There is no time limit applying for Probate.
