WHAT IS THE MEANING OF 'RNP" IN LEGAL TERMS USED IN FAMILY COURT. PLEASE EXPLAIN IN DETAILS.

But respondent was present in the counselling and counseller have given a chit written on that "RNP" to handover the clerk.

Then why they do like this??
