(Querist) 28 August 2012 This query is : Resolved
hello sir,
i have one brother. we both are only children to our mother. after the death of my father, my brother created documents on his name with fore jury signatures of me and my mother. the property belongs to my grandfather.
the total property is 5acres. in that half of the property is on the name of his daughter i.e., my brother,s daughter.
is there any solution to get my share back.

You both means your mother and you file a civil suit for partition and possession as if you dont know about forgery and let himm come with that document which is forged one. Once he pleads in his written statement then demand to put the original document on file and then challenge it and also file a criminal case against him. Signature can be got tallied from expert and the case shall be decided accordingly.

Now a days all transfer of property documents needs a ID Proof and Photographs, If there is impersonation done by him, file a criminal complaint first at Police Station.
