hi i am arunachalam (28.04.1989), my father was died on 24.9.1994 while in service,my mother also died on 17.9.1995, i am the only heir to my parents,my uncle who is my guardian he send the petition to collector to appoint me under compassionate when i will attainning 18 yrs on 27.8.1997, now the collector ask clarification at cheif secretry
to appoint me without orginal petition of which send by uncle that 1997 old documents were destroyed by collector office, in this circumstances any decisions will make against me by government

your query is not clear . if you were to be appointed on compassionate groundsin 1997 more than 15 years have passed . what is its relevance today?
you must be 33 years old now .

Age is no bar for compassionate appointment but the same cannot be considered after 18 yers of death of the employee.
Compassionate appointment is a mean to secure immediate livelihood to the family fo deceased employee, it is but a buried treasure or inheritance or a balnk cheque which can be redeemed at any time.
If such appointment is made after 18 years of death then the candidate seeking employment on the basis of death of employee in recent months can challnag ethe same.
Not worth even the cost of stationary.
