I lived in my Grand Father Property.
My grand Father has 2 sons and 5 daughters.
In his lifetime he has no will, I would like to know
1. Is there any right for my buas in property
2. Is there any right for Buas children's in one case one of my bua and her husband died.
3. Is there any right for me as Grand Children.
4. Is there any right for my wife and my 2 daughters.

All legal heirs have right in ancestral property of ur grand father.

as far as self acquired property of your grand father on his detah his 7 children have eaqual right in said property as already advised to you by pm

and what about my passed away bua children's.
Ans : yes they will get the relevant share of their dead mother.

I do agree with the replies of Sudhir except query no. 3 as replied above. As per me, if your father is still alive, only he has got right being child/legal heir of your grandfather as per his 1/7th share (if your grandmother is alive then all shall be in the share of 1/8th instead of 1/7th) and so you have got no right in the self acquired property left by your grand father.
If the property was ancestral in the hands of your grand father then definitely you have also got right therein with your brothers and sisters.
