Vacation of flat

(Querist) 09 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
A person who takes a room in the hotel, if he does not pay rent, he will be vacated immediately even by force.But when a person takes house/flat on rent , if he does not pay rent , he cannot be vacated
by force.what makes the difference. Both are rented for the amount they paid in advance. why the court take different positions.
