I want to sell my flat so is a Property clearance note and no Objection certificate (NOC) from society compuslory before registration of document.

No, it is not compulsory. , if r fulfilling conditions like 1 yr membership , no bank loan etc.

So far as registration of the sale deed is concerned, there is no legal requirement to obtain NOC from society but while getting it transferred in the record of the society, all clearance like previous maintenance amount etc. should be got cleared by seller.

under model bye laws society NOC is not necessary .however if the purchaser is taking bank loan bank will insist on society NOC
