stay separate . conmvince husband to stay separately but near his parents if he so desires . if things dont work out go for divorce by mutual consent

1. This is a household problem. Try to resolve it amicably.
2. This is a ground for divorce but one should first try to sort this out amicably than going for divorce immediately.

I disagree with Barman to the extent that this is a ground for divorce. I do not agree with it.

Such daughter in law can legally demand a separate house to live in but cannot demand the divorce.

@ Raj Makkad Sir,
I want a suggestion for saving my family. I don't want to live with my mother-in-law. I am living with her from 7yrs (continuously). In between she made lots of conflicts in between us like speaking lies creating missunderstandings, even tried to make him to beat me.
1.If now I can go to ask a separation from my husband and if he denies to give a separate house then can he go for divorce?
2. I am not willing to give divorce to my husband because I have a 5yrs kid and he needed both and only my mother-in-laws inspiration making us to be separate. Can I stand for this decision?
3. Can I go for FIR against my mother-in-law on the base of destroying relationship?

PLEASE DO REPLY...PLEASE SAVE MY FAMILY...

In the light of subsequent given facts, I am also of the opinion that you both require counseling and you both should try for saving your married life. Normal wear and tear of life should not go to such an extent to think about divorce as this is the last (est) resort to be adopted.
