Dear Sir,
I would like to know the below information on criminal law.
4 years back I gave a complaint in police station against one one person who troubled me . Police people lodged a criminal case against that person under section 292(d). 1 year back court dismissed that case and that person on whom case is filed is free from case.
1) Is there any way for me to go to higher court against that person to open the case again and drag him to court on this (case is dismissed 1 year back) ?
2) if so , can I go independently with out help of the police even though its a criminal case ? I doubt if police people will go to higher court on this case as the section 292(d) seems to be small
3) if so, who has to bear the expenses of lawyers etc ?

Ajay Sethi Sir, Can you suggest me all the cases. I have not taken the order passed by trial court. Can you please help me on all the 3 questions I asked. Humble request from my side.

go to trial court . obtain copy of the order . if you have money to burn then contact lawyer .
