Regarding cheque

My client is a business man. One of his customer bought some item and gave a signed blank cheque as security.

Now customer is not paying the loan. What my client should do about cheque.

Whether he can fill it and can get it bounced.?

Security cheque means to be used in such eventualities as have arisen in the given case so use it and fill it with the due amount but limited to the account books.
