hello . i am a muslim boy .
married in 2011 . my wife lived
with me for hardy an year. i
had one kid now . after shr left i
tried to bring her back many a
time but she refused. then I
remarried . Now my first wife
file a case against me 125 for
maintenance. my lawyer put a
reply that i am not married and
still ready to bring her back.
Now they brought a proof of
my second marriage in writing
and sign of kazi who did my
second marriage . My Question
is what should me my next step
pls guide. thanks

What more guidance you require than already provided to you?
Now you change your lawyer and submit an affidavit that the earlier statement was not made by you as interprated rather you had given information to your lawyer otherwise which was wrongly typed.

Well experts may have variety of opinions since this is the basic law of logic.
However I feel the person even Muslim is not allowed second marriage without following the conditions laid down by Muslim clergy.
There is very recent citation of J& K High court in this matter disapproving second marriage by any Muslim as a right.

It is Quran verse(4:3) that speaks about it.
The command laid has a historical background
where most of the men in Prophet team were slaughtered and he was facing problem of maintenance of their widows which he found to be 4 times more than the number of men.
And the verse came "Marry of the women, who seem good to you, two or three or four; and if ye fear that ye cannot do justice (to so many) then one (only) or (the captives) that your right hands possess."
Then a proviso command came to check misuse
of 4:3.
That is Quran (4:129) - "Ye are never able to be fair and just as between women, even if it is your ardent desire"
Then mandate in Quran (4:129)itself is clear.It underscores that a man is not able to treat multiple wives fairly. He would therefore be unable to acquire more than one wife if this were a requirement - which it is not. In fact, Muhammad was not able to treat his own wives fairly.
Then preachers erra for whom law was the command of GOD passed away and Kings era replaced it where law became ' command sovereign'.King can do no wrong etc.
Then once a muslim marry a second one mandate in Quran (4:129)gets attracted.
The deserted wife becomes entitled to live separately and to claim maintenance.
In instant case 2nd marriage was tried to be concealed falsely leads to decretal of maintenance with double assurance due to false set up of defence and also attracts perjury.
