My father has made will,how it is to be applied for the residue of property,he had no name given to get benifit.

The beneficiary might have been mentioned in the will who is required to get the same probated.

What is the content of Will? It needs to be seen to interpret its application.
If it says only about one or two particular property only leaving the rest said, then rule of succession would apply in respect of balance property.
