Charge sheet till now not issued

(Querist) 29 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Experts,

In a criminal case my friends were allegedly included (on the grounds of threatening) by Police personal on 2010. Till now they are not get charge sheet. My friends are waiting for more than 3 years. Please guide me to what we have to do.

wait and watch, or file a quashing petition if you have very strong proof tht this is a false case
