My wife has filed the DV against me and my family . Now who will carry the burden of proves of DV ? Me or my wife ?

Is her simple statement infront of Judge or in affidavit is sufficient or she has to prove by witness or any report will be required ?

ur wife has to prove allegations, and her evidence in aff will be cross examined by your adv, in DV complaint.

No strict proof of evidence. Magistrate have discretionary power.

Mere leveling allegations is not sufficient as those are required to be proved judiciously by leading relevant evidence.
