(Querist) 02 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
I m a fresher. Practising since 5 months in trial court.I want to practise in supreme court. and my age is 25 years. so how about practising in supreme court?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 02 June 2013
You should take the experience (Say for 1-2 years) from lower court, appellate court, than of High court to know the procedure there. Develop Expertise in drafting. Associate yourself with a senior advocate at supreme court and start your career therefrom. Good luck.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 02 June 2013
There was no legal hurdle had you started your practice from Supreme court from the very first day of your joining the profession but the suggestion of expert Rajender Goel is also worthy for you.
