Salary problem

Dear Sir,

I am working with a publication house and my employer hold my 5 months salaries. He is releasing one month salary after 40-45 days. So i am depressed please suggest what i do. He is continue hold our company staff salaries.

all the employees should join hands and request management to pay salaries on time if it dosent have any effect resign .

It may be the result of stressed financial conditions of the concern. If so, better search job and switch over would be better.

If you want to take any legal action against your employer then file a complaint to labour commissioner of your area.
