What allegations levelled against you in DV by your sister in law??

You apply for exemption u/s 205, to avoid appearance
You can go for Revision, and demand removing your name from list of respondent/ opponent as falsely included to harass you.
Your Advocate will explain how to do it, with concerned sections. [As it is procedures, u may not understand Cr. p c]

engage a lawyer to defend you . it is necessary to go through the complaint filed by your sister in law to advise . you can apply for exemption from personal appearance before DV court if you so desire

DV Act proceedings are like civil so no need to move an application for the exemption as lawyer can also defend it without your personal presence.
