Sir,
I have some cultivable lands. I understand that the Government is planning to install H.T.Overhead Cables in that ares. Though as it appears today that there will not be any posts are planned to be installed in my land, yet, certainly the overhead cables will pass through my lands. It is learnt from the local people that this will reduce the salable value of the lands. Is there any thing I can do in this? can I stop this in any way? Or can I get any compensation for this [ for use of my lands to draw H.T.wires. I need your expert opinion as to how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

You can not stop it though you may try to change its course.

The queriest is entitled to compensation for the lands rendered uncultivable.
