Proceeding before State information commission by RTI Act provision is considered as that equivalent to that of a civil court.

Proceeding before Consumer dispute redressal forums are also considered the same way by provision in CP Act.

In what way the consumer forums treat the orders of State information commission? Will it treat as a valid citation before the forum by either a defendant or petitioner in a case before the forum?
