What is Bailable warrant?
Will bail given on same day on Bailable Warrant?
Do Bailable warrant has jamant amount?

My Lord Mr Ajay ji,
It is not an academic query.
I came to know that on last date court ordered for BW to the persons who have not taken bail till now.
Kindly help.

in order to compel presence of accused court issues bailable warrant .accused can attend the court and seek cancellation of the warrant . court will do so on such terms and conditions as it deems fit

When BW is served on the accused by the police, he will be at once released on bail once he furnishes the required surety as per the directions of the court.

Court has ordered for rs 20,000 sureties. Once those sureties given to police, will there no need to take regular bail again?

No amount is required to be deposited either before the police or the court rather those persons shall have to appear on the next date of hearing otherwise a penalty of Rs. 20,000/- may be got imposed against them.

The person against whom the bailable warrant issued should appear before the court on next date of hearing failing non bailable warrant can be issued.
