hi sir,

its a matter of land acuisition, one harijan person is threatening us that if we will not give land to them he will go for harijan act. i want to know that what situation cases can be accepted under harijan act and what is the process of this act

record the conversation next time when he threatens you . you will have some evidence in case he files any frivolous case against you

You can arrange some witness of the threat recorded by you. It will be of help.

There is no other remedy but due precaution is the best remedy in such cases. Record the threatening and socially bring such pressure tactics in the knowledge of respectable persons so that he may be got falsified by such persons if need arises at any time.
