Usu. mortgage executed on 1945 By x to y, mortgage period 5 years and another one condition is same may be redeemed at any time after payment with interest, Y Usu. mortgage madeovered to 1951 one B. B sold the property to C in the year of 1974, C sold the above property to D in the year of 2004. What is the limitation for redeem the mortgage as per above condition stated in the deed. Any citation for redeem the mortgage

Within 12 years from 2004 as per art.61(1)(b).

As the term has already fixed at will so there is no limitation and it can be got redeedmed even though further sales are illegal and void ab initio.
