Encroachment of my parking area by another member

Parking allotment was done in the meeting of the society.After the allotment,I found a damaged car parked in the parking space allotted to me.I asked the owner to shift his car to the parking lot allotted to him but he said he will shift the car later on as spares for the car are not available.Two months have passed but the owner of the said car is still giving the same reply.I reminded him twice and also complained to the society but the society is ignoring my complaints and doing nothing.As a result,I am stuck up without a parking space.I do not want to use the parking space allotted to the owner of the damaged car,as my parking area is more convenient.Why should I shift to his parking area which is not so convenient?
What are the remedies for me?

Lodge complaint with the Registrar of Cooperative Society to seek proper redress.

If society is also not hearing then you have no other opinion but to approach registrar of your area.

Try to settle the matter amicably. If not possible file a complaint to society in writing and in case of inaction file police complaint or to Registrar of societies of the area.
