Honorable Justice Protectors,
I want you help and here I am sharing a Matter that there is My Bua (father's Sister)had been given a place to live as She and her Husband Lost their Own Property's Documents and then Grandmother Gave them a Space to live My Grandfather's Property and later as Law got passed that Girls can also take their Rights, she got firmed at the place where it was given for shelter.
Since She Stepped in our family, she became the reason of divorce between my parents and our grandmother Never Liked My Mother and Nor Liked me.
My father got Psychiatric Patient , after the divorce of my parents, Bua Started taking care of Grandmother and Father as well because father Goes Where His mother Goes. And Father and Grandmother Lost LOVE for me. And recently she is passed away and this time her Cremation was done by her daughter and Whole Village got mad at that Event because as per Hinduism A person is Cremated at his/her house. Villagers Never Liked Bua and her family as well because When shelter was given to Bua within years her Elder Son married a Girl of this Village , He married the Girl without any consent of the Girls family and then A Quarrel Sparked.
Bua's Younger Son was Adapted by Grandmother Besides I was Alive and Living in my father's property And all money gathered by selling our Grandfather's Property and After grandmother died her bank account nominee was that Younger son of Bua. Now After Grandmother is Gone Our father is in their Custody and he is living there because at the time of death of grandma he was with her at Bua's house. And Now Bua's Sons Say that they will creamte our father as well as our father has no sense because he is psychiatric Patient.
I want to know that,Is it Fair?
Can Bua or Bua's Sons can Take our father's Property by getting the Property documents signed by our father in their Name.
Bua'S side is rascal type Her Sons already have many criminal records as we are away from crime , We don't do any violence because we don't want to commit any crime nor we want to involved in Criminal Activity. Please help What Should I Do, I want to Live Independently.

You can not be deprived of your rights in the property.
File a suit for partition.

Partition is already been made, before dying grandmother sold 70% of Land and Gave it to her Daughters and Now They are still Greedy and Keeping Our father with them Said that Before Dying Grandmother Said Take Care of Her Son That is Our father And Father Doesn't listen to us because he always get incited about us.
Bua and Bua's Sons Say that Our father is their Mama(Bua's Brother)so we will visit again and again. They Say and Threat Us if you speak with that person or villagers we will be your enemy and will show you the results.

How is this partition made, verbally or through deed? If verbally then go for partition suit to enforce your rights.
You can file suit for injunction to restrict their entry in your property.

Neither verbally Nor with DEED, they Just Sold the land. And, Yes Suit for Injunction to restrict their entry, Thank you So Much Devajyoti Sir.
My father is Psychiatric Patient: Is there any way where we can request Magistrate to give the property- Acquisition rights so that my father cannot sell the property and nor we. And, kindly tell me can they take my father's property by any means, as our father is under their control and if father is gone and after they will raise hell that they took care of our father that is why his property is ours.
