Ancestral property partitioned without noticing grand children

hi sir
this chethan, i had problem with my parents & uncles partitioned ancestral property already and registered the same,but the thing is they are not partitioned property equally, some one got more some one got too less. can we question it in court now?
(my grand parents passed away already. after their death my father and uncles partitioned their parents property)

file partition suit in civil court to get
ancestral property partitioned by metes and bound by order of court.

If the property is coparcenary then you as a coparcener can file suit of partition ignoring the deed of partition in which you were not a party.

Nothing to add as the reply of all experts on this issue is common. There is no limitation to file suit for partition being joint property having joint possession.
