Dear sir,
From last 1 year 6 months my wife is not coming to stay with me.always blackmailed that i have to to seperate from my parents and i should not take care of them otherwise she will file a 498a case.one major thing as she has been suffering from serious desease i was giving treatmentbeause of that she was not cooperating in sexuallife also.within 1yr 6 months 4,5 times discussed in fornt of known elders.eventhough she didnot agrre to come to me.suddenly she came to my residential place and filed a 498a case on me and my family members.i have taken anticipatory bail.after that she filed domestic voilence case and asked for huge ammount and maintenance.i am not in a to pay huge amount.i applied for divorce recently.everything she has done intentionally and asked for huge amount now she is telling she willnot agree for divorce.in this situation what i have to do.will i get get divorce based on false cases filing.maintenance how much i have to give to her if she is not accepting for divorce.because of her i suffered a lot.my parents also fell in ill.i lost so much money.now i dont want to accept her in any conddition.she has compled mba degree.we got married 2yr 8 months back.we r not having kids.please give me the best advice as early as possible for getting divorce and stopping maintenace if she is not acepting for divorce.

There is no magic way to get divorce. You have to conclude the suit for divorce if the same goes in your favour.
You can not avoid maintenance either if she is unemployed. Mere education is of no help to you.
Only short cut is mutual divorce which I believe is available to you at a steep price.

The Supreme court of India also rendered several Judgements of women abusing domestic violence Law and other legal proceedings in their favor leading to harassment of husband and her in laws. Pl;ease surf india.kanoon.com for the relevant JUDGMENTS AND CITE THEM IN COURT AND AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF TRIAL ONLY ENDING IN YOUR ACQUITTAL YOU'D GET THE DESIRED RELIEF.

Face the trial, engage the services of some good local lawyer. Short cut can be through MCD, but it seems it is not possible at this stage, she may agree to it after 4-5 years. Now due to cases she thinks that she would torture and break you totally and her ego also would not make her agree for MCD.

It seems that mutual consent divorce is not possible in your case as the ego is clashing so the other way is to persue the contested divorce petition which shall definitely take a long time but you have no other option.
Maintenance is the right of your wife which cannot be denied by you.
