My father is staying in a rented house since last 55 years.
Now due to some minor dispute the landlord is not taking rent.
We are staying in a separate city. Now since my parents are very old , we would like them to stay with us.
How do we pay monthly rent to the landlord, can I send the rent bu money order from my place.
After my parents what are my rights over the rented property in Mumbai.
The rented house is fully furnished and functional .but because of my job in a different city I cannot go and stay in Mumbai.
Waiting for expert opinion.

Better resolve the issue amicably.
Otherwise,Send the rent as advised by the expert above and if not accepted deposit the same with the rent controller of the area.
