I have filed a Review Application against JMFC order not ordering Police to register FIR in cognizable offence i.e. 107, 24, 23, 166, 167, 191, 192, 194, 217, 218, 409, 464, 477-A, 467, 470, 471 and 420 read with 120-B, 425 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 against Bank where police did not took cognizance and did not issue FIR
I am non legal person and I have ventured filing my own revision.
Is their any legal provision to get the petition checked by judge for any appeal errors and get it corrected before disposal?
Through RTI it was reviled that they conducted enquiry without FIR taken some statements and closed the case.
To my knowledge Police can't investigate a case without FIR as per judgment in Ramesh Kumari vs State of Delhi.
Help me in making sure that case is not disposed on some technical error or appeal error.
I want to add police as accessory in the case with Bank based on information received through RTI. Can I add the as accuse?

Take help of an advocate. It is not possible from this platform to help you fie revision in higher court.

Review does not lie in criminal prosecution. You have file Revision either in sessions court u/s 397 crpc or in high court u/s 401 crpc.
