Hello All,
My wife filed Cr.Pc.125 for interm maintance Rs.35000 and total Alimony Rs.25 laksh.
1.She is post graduated completd her MS in Nanaosicense in USA.
2.And her father was a Vice president of one IT company now he has resigned.
3.she is having younger sister.
4.She is having own house in her getting rental income and having property in land form also.
5.Her father and mother having lot properties from their side.
6.She was doing part time job in USA and earning and I dn't have any proof for the same.
7.After seperation she was going for Job ,now they are sying that she has resigned.
8.considering my family am from below middle class my parents are uneducated and they are depended on me.
9.I dn't have any property apart from my bike and only earning through my job.
10 Am working as a R& D engineer and earning Rs.50000 /month (take home).
11.Am having personal loan paying Rs.16000.00 per month and rent Rs.10000.00 per month and all other expenses medical etc....
12.In this situation can anyone tell me how much Court offer to my as total alimony and interm maintance.
13.How it will be calculated ,whether they will consider all above said facts of mine.
14.Note they have filed Dowry case 498A sece 3&$ against me and my family.

Only Judge can exactly say how much you have to pay but the said amount should be around Rs.10,000/- only.

SHRI BARMAN'S VIEW ARE AGREEABLE.
Court may Order you to pay Rs. 10-12 k p.m. ; no alimony.
U must oppose mtn, as she is capable to earn, educated, and Supreme Court discourage wife resigning from job for mtn.

She has employable education and has also rental income which if goes proved and you also prove all you stated here,chances are least that she would get the award and if given ,the amount would be quite little.

If the income of the respondent is sufficient to maintain her, no question arises to award the amount for her maintenance but you are required to prove her income by way of documentary evidence.

In addition to my previous message .
Pls consider this also
1.My wife & her father areeste been to Jai for 10 days latter released on Bail .
2.Reason.Morphing my sister,mother and my photo in to nude body publishing in Facebook & pornograpic websites arrested under IT ACT 2008 ,66A,67A & sec 4 Tamilnadu Womens harrasment prohibition ACT
This is flased in all media
3.I have filed total 13 complaints not only with cyber crime ,CM cell tamilnadu,Huuman Rights,Womens Commision and etc...
4.Considering the 498A ,they have filed after the Cyber crime complaint only ie After thier first warning from the Cybercrime Police they have filed 498A
5.so now tell,how much amount she can get from me.
