Wrong details one-stamp

The e-stamp procured for the registry of my property bears my incomplete name and wrong spelling of my fathers first name. What to do now ?

Does this codicil method has legal sanctity and do I need to mention the error in the transfer deed as well.
Refunding stamp paper methodology is not clear here at noida moreover it would also mean loss of 10% money.

There is no other way but to bear the loss of 10% of money which is deducted by Treasury while refunding the value of the stamp papers unused.

For the refund of unused stamp papers (within 6 months of purchase) file an application (in triplicate) to your area SDM with residence proof and original stamp paper and bank account detail.90% value shall be refunded after 5 months.
