Mobile phone tapping

My friend is not feeling good as he has multiple business and some one seems to be tapping his mobile phone. On querying to mobile phone company they say his phone is not being tapped, where as there are many key biz conversations said on his mobile are openly said by his competitors & more over when the call made he will hear third unrelated person picking up & later disconnects. The symptoms on his phone seems to be like tapping but phone company denies, Do we have any RTI to know whether the mobile connection is getting tapped or any other way please answer???

change phone . mobile phone cannot be tapped without clear written orders by Government .

Change the instrument and the service provider company as preventive step. Mobile service provider co. can be changed without changing nos.
Agree without Govt. permission legally phone can not be tapped.
