Mistake of pan card number on e-sbtr

Hello,
I have booked a flat in Mumbai for which the builder requested us to pay stamp duty money through e-SBTR to IDBI Bank. The flat is booked on 2 applicants me and my father. So we decided to make the payments of stamp duty to IDBI Bank through both mine and my fathers bank account dividing in equal parts. The payments were made successfully through RTGS. While filling the IDBI performa to obtain the original e-SBTR there was mistake in PAN NUMBER made. The PAN NUMBER entered for my performa was correct however the PAN NUMBER for my father was entered the same as mine instead of his PAN Number. Now we have the e-SBTR received from the bank but it shows wrong PAN NUMBER entered for my father however it shows my PAN NUMBER and I am the co applicant of the flat booked.
Will this create any problems during the registration or in future. And how can we rectify this mistake. Thanks.

In normal sense it should not create any problem however you can write to them pointing out the error and rectify the same.

It is only a clerical mistake, there wont be any problem. However you can inform the same to the banker or any other authority.
