Dear all,
My husband chit me last 5 years.
When our engagement time his family told me He was working in India . But after weeding he went to UAE for job.. & comes only one month in every years.
Every time when come in india , he told me we are jointly leaving in next year .wait for next year ....but he can't .. now he saying he will not possible to leaving jointly.He said your are leave with my old parent & i am leave with UAE for job propose.
In between this my 5 years i am suffering from his & his family harassment for mentally & his sister in low pressure to me dowry. Every time about this i inform to my husband but he don;t leasan me & pressure to me leaving his family. Also in this period my husband not given me any single money for expenses. Actully he not love me.He want only servant to his home.
But last month i decided to fight against my husband & his family. so i will out his native place & come to my mother home .
My husband & his family totally fraud with me .
My family background is very poor.( My mother family ).
Till time i am not going any police station. Because i don't have any proof. No one in my backside.
I have one son 3 year old . Please tell me how can i fight to them.. My husband now in UAE.
Some one told me he have one more property ( house ) in india . but i don;t have any address .
Today i am here only for help . i want to be justic about me.One of my friend tell me .. Please go court and file DV act. so court start to some monthly amount and give to you also his home which is having in India for leaving .
But after this what about my fight .. be'coz they are chit me .. & harassment of dowry & Mentally tocher me.
I want justice. I don;t want his money & home .
What i do .. please help me about the processes.

As far as justice is concerned if you visit the Police station the criminal case can be registered against her husband and in laws.
You can file case for maintenance for yourself and the child. Your husband is bound to make payment once the court gives such order.
However all this comes at the cost of breaking marriage.
So first decide whether you want the cases and give another try.
Choice is yours as this your life not anyone's else.
