My Writ 21313/2013 in HC of AP is in limbo. In disgust I got NOC from my advocate in Oct 2013 and along with a copy submitted an application to CJ HC for expediting my Writ as my daughter's admn to MBBS 2013-14 was in jeopardy. Recd no ack /reply as on date.Meanwhile my advocate without my knowledge filed an USR dated 27 Nov asking his name to be deleted against my writ. I found my writ as per status listed last on 20 Jan 2014 (not in the cause list)but nowhere to be found against any date against wp no, court 10 or against my Advocate.Now my adv says I need to submit original copy of my Wakalatlama to registry of the court. Is there a provision that I can send the same by registry post?

Submitted original to the registry..USR no given but it is still not effected despite assurance given to me the section officer under whom the clerk works..I think Judiciary be handed over to Armed Forces & Military Rule with AFSPA like act invoked to deal with registry.

First advocate to whom I approached first ( a very reputed one)assured me filing the writ the day the court open in the month of Jun 2013..And he delegated my case to one of his best junior..That advocate simply kept my case under the table till I barged into his office with my daughter..but that was a substantial delay of one long month..I got my brief back and found another one who could not impress upon either the Judges or the Registrar to hear my case urgently despite knowing it to be urgent..He is not the only one..there are appx 100 advocates in the high court of AP who have similar grievances and in fact have filed a joint petition to the chief justice of AP who incidentally belong to my native state of WB..In the past 7 months my case been taken up once where Judge No 2 in Court No 5 gave 2 long weeks to the GP Home to file their counter..and as on date with 4 judges changed and back to Judge No 2 wef 11 Feb 2014 no counter is filed..That's our judiciary..it needs complete overhaul ..

One thing I forgot to ask the EXPERTS..If a case is shown listed on say 20 Jan or 11 Feb 2014 in the case status page can this be in the ONWARD LIST..as my case is neither found in the daily cause list on 20 Jan or 11 Feb 2014..is LOBIS Virus affected?
