Asking for affidavit.

my wife is not leaving with me and we were in touch on phone. now her guardians have told me to stop calling and give some sort of affidavit to take her otherwise they will take legal action against me. I am confused as what to do? please suggest.

what do you want ? do you want her back ? if so go her guardian place and bring her back .

Agree, if you want to take her back, do so, it is always a better way.

So far as the affidavit is concerned, if they are adamant for it, get the language approved from your lawyer and do not give any thing in writing without due approval / vetting from your lawyer.

4month back they took her and now when she want to come back, they are not letting come back, threatened me to take legal action if i call her. asking me to give affidavit saying all the wrong thing i have done to her.2 times i went to bring her but she refused (reason i do not know but she only asked me take her)

as already advised telephonically dont give any affidavit wherein you admit that you are at fault for the current problems in your marriage
