plaintiff will have to file a suit challenging sale of property made by defendant as plaintiff is one of legal heirs of the deceased . seems to be an academic query . every purchaser will cross check the title deeds . find out who was the owner . who are the legal heirs . insist on mutationn of property in name of legal heirs
