Seems to be evading evidence!

Any reason?
Surrender K Singal (Expert) 15 February 2014
Why can't Evidence by way of Affidavit be filed soon after the Court has required it before the next date ?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 15 February 2014
It depends upon the court where the proceedings are going on. Why do you want to avoid commencement of trial? Are you expecting settlement process?
