A plot of land was purchased in 1958 in the name of my uncle and me when I was 14 years old. A suit for declaration was filed by my father and uncle in the Learned Civil Court. In terms of statement the suit was decreed on 7.3.1978 when I was major. The above plot of land was given to my father and uncle became owner of other two properties. The above declaratory decree has not been executed till today. Is there any time limit for executing/implementing the declaratory decree?

For execution of any decree other than maintenance:---- 12 years from the date of decreeÂ
decree, mandatory and perpetual injunction. Or Order becoming enforceable
(Article 136 Limitation Act)
