Pl guide us to provide rate of stamp duty in dadra & nager haveli on the following transactions:

1. Amount of stamp duty to issue of preference share certificates of a Public Limited Company having share capital.

2. Amount of stamp duty to increase authorised share capital of a Public Limited Company having share capital.
