Want to open a plc & scada (automation) institute

Sir I have completed my b.tech and i want to open a PLC & SCADA (automation) training institute in partnership, in Palwal,Haryana. Is it necessary to get this institute registered,if yes then please tell me how to get it registered? or what all legal formalities that i have to perform?

you have to contact local lawyer . get partnership deed prepared . have it stamped and register it with registrar of firms

You will have to prepare and get registered the partnership deed. Better take help of a lawyer to prepare the document.
Necessary local licenses for running institute has to be taken from local municipal authorities.
If some trade activity is to be taken service tax, TAN no. etc. has to be taken.
If some certificate is to provided after training, franchise / permission of some authorized institute has to be taken.
