A property once gifted, especially in the circumstances stated by you, cannot be taken back.
It is not clear whether any case has been filed against you and if so in which court?

A registered gift deed can not be cancelled or annulled by any court except on grounds of forgery or fraud. be assured no court can set aside or cancel your gifted property.
hope you got it mutated in your name and obtained E.C showing your name as owner.

a property gifted in your favor and is under your possession cannot be reclaimed by the donor, you have a strong case, fight it out.
