Agreement between my brother's in laws and my family

(Querist) 20 March 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi Sir,

I need your help for legal agreement between my family and my brother's in-laws.
From last 5 years, my brother's in-law's and her wife are threatening my brother and my parents with 498a and suicide . Even she burnt her suit and took expired medicines. My parents are in deep depression with this metal torture. she had many times beaten my mother and purposefully created problems. Now she is at her parents home form last 8 months. We tried many times to fix this issue and even they ask some political persons to intervene. And even after that they are continuously threatening us. Also she made many false allegations against my parents, brothers, me and my wife for which she later denied and we proved it with recordings. Now it has been decided by member panchayats that they will give us written assurance from their family that she had made false allegations and she regret that and she tried to kill her son and herself deliberatly just to put us behind bars. And in future if anything like this happens from her side then it will be her responsibility . No body from her in-laws side will be held responsible for that.

Kindly let me know the legal wording for this so that we can prepare the legal affidavit to proceed further.

Thanks & Regards
Rohit Pahwa

Help from a l;ocal layer is recommended, as that depends upon the actual facts of the case.

Sir, only notarised attestation is enough or it has to be signed by court.
