Regarding the civil judge duties

Dear Sir,

behalf of my fatherinlaw I'm posting this query please help ....

when Junior Civil Junior Judge don't attend to his duties such as Injunction in time , due to which as already damages to property of plaintiff done by Defendants. What is the best action which can be taken to punish judge for negligence in discharging his duties.

If any case laws please explain in detail....

It is not advisable to file any complaint against judge for not performing his duty.You could request your advocate to file a petition to post it before some other judge

Judges are over burdened and there is no reason to blame them for not deciding any case in time. Your lawyer should have taken with the court. Now aggrieved from the judgement appeal can be filed.

you cant seek to punish the judge . they are over burdened and dont have time to hear each case at length . hence adjourments are granted by court . if your case was urgent and you needed immediate reliefs court would have heard you merits and granted you reliefs .
