What are the procedure to get a sucession certificate ? From where can I get the said certificate ? And how much does it cost to get a SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE ?

1. You can get Succession certificate by filing a civil suit u/s 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

2. Contact a local advocate for to get the information as to the cost of court fees and the advocate's fees.
