During Pendency of the suit with statusquo which remains in force and not to alienate, but property has been sold. whether the lease pendence purchaser will be impleaded as party or not to the case if so yes, what is the law of any section available or not/ any hon'ble supreme court's decisions regarding this, please mention.

The purchaser ideally should be added as a party. However in absence of it the suit does not suffer from any illegality.
