Hello, please tell me if complainant have lodged an FIR against the Respondent. Can Respondent lodge a reverse FIR against complainant?

Ofcourse a Fresh complaint could be made and FIR could be obtained.If any delay with Police A private complaint could be Lodged in Court and Insist the Police to register FIR.Consult Local Good Advocate.
